Sample Cooking Class
Series of 3 Classes:
Class 1. Moroccan. Create an exotic full meal economically that is healthy, fresh and very flavourful. We will talk about specific spices and their health benefits in addition to the main ingredients.
Class 2. Healthy comfort foods. Learn ways to create healthy meals without all the additional negative effects. Also, learn how ways to shop and save money.
Class 3. From the first two classes we will create meals based on what you and the other class participants wish to learn individually and collectively. We will collectively decide on a theme.
We will share a meal at the end of each class and any leftovers are for you to take home. (Please bring re-useable Tupperware type of take-home containers.)
Classes will be 2 hrs with time after for a casual relaxed dinner. I will speak to positive eating practices and also the health benefits of sharing meals.
